Complaints Procedure


GREENWOODS PROPERTY CENTRE COMPLAINTS HANDLING PROCEDURE

As a member of NAEA and ARLA through Propertymark, Greenwoods Property Centre aims to provide the highest standards of service to all clients, but to ensure that your interests are safeguarded, we offer the following options:

A)     If you believe you have a grievance with our Knowle office, please write in the first instance to Phil Marsh, Office Manager at the address below:

Or

B)     If you believe you have a grievance with our Whitchurch office, please write in the first instance to Pete Lawson, Office Manager at the address below:

Greenwoods Property Centre, 40 Gilda Parade, Whitchurch, Bristol, BS149HY, or via email to pete@greenwoodsproperty.co.uk

The grievance will be acknowledged immediately, investigated thoroughly in accordance with established “in-house” procedures and a reply sent to the complainant within ten working days of receipt of the letter.

Following the conclusion of our in-house review we will write to you with a final written statement.
 

If you are dissatisfied with the conclusion of the in-house review of the complaint, you can refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman, Beckett House, and 4 Bridge Street, Salisbury SP1 2LX
