  • comprehensive reference checks, including credit checks, employer reference and current landlord reference (if applicable)
  • arrangement of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), gas and electric services (if required)
  • advice and guidance on landlord responsibilities
  • preparation of inventory and schedule of condition
  • collection of deposit and first month’s rent
  • standing order setup for ongoing rent payments
  • optional rent guarantee for six months (subject to satisfactory references)
  • quarterly property inspections
  • arrangement of repairs, maintenance and safety certificates.

In addition to all of the above, before we bring your property to the market, we will create a structured marketing plan, tailored to your needs, to help you make your property as desirable as possible to potential tenants.
