The Property Ombudsman (TPO) scheme has been providing clients and estate agents with an alternate dispute resolution service since 1990. The ombudsman’s resolutions are designed to achieve full and final settlement.

The Association of Residential Lettings Agent (ARLA)

ARLA Propertymark protects and helps consumers, tenants and landlords to purchase and manage their properties. ARLA provides professional standards amongst letting agents and promotes education and qualifications within the division.

The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) -

NAEA Propertymark safeguards and guides consumers, purchasers and vendors to buy and sell their properties. They work hard to develop professional standards among estate agents by promoting education and qualifications.
